This is a database of systematic literature on the Decapoda, compiled by the Assembling the Tree of Life: Decapoda project. You can search references online, or download the entire library as an Endnote-compatible reference library. In many cases, we are able to make the full text of the papers available as PDF files. The online references search will also give information on PDF availability.

More information is available on how we process the references and full text papers.

We are also soliciting contributions of PDFs of relevant papers (see Contributions below). You can also use ReCite (see below), a tool to help convert textual references (i.e. from the citation lists of published papers) into a reference database.

Search

The reference database can be searched in a variety of ways.

Contributions

We are soliciting contributions of full text PDF files that are relevant to decapod systematics (please check our reference database first to see if we have the file already). You can also view a list of the contributions that have not yet been integrated into the main collection.

ReCite Tool

You are welcome to use the ReCite web-based tool we developed to help reformat textual reference lists into database format.

Endnote Library

You can download the entire AToL Decapod reference database as an Endnote library.
