Project Crawfish
Project Crawfish is a collaborative university and secondary school partnership designed to enhance the use of biotechnology in high school settings in Louisiana and Utah. This project integrates research-based effective professional development for teachers and classroom activities centered on state biology content standards through inquiry. Students are engaged in research activities including question development, data collection, and analysis while interacting with university researchers and other schools in the Project Crawfish Network.

This poster describing the current understanding of arthropod relationships, and how we study that, was presented to the general public at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County's Annual Bug Fair on 17-18 May 2008.
March 2007 The Notion of Progress in Evolution
These panels were used to illustrate ideas of “progress” in evolution for a “Curator’s Cupboard” event at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County.
May 2006 and May 2007 Insects are Crustaceans
This poster outlining the relationship between insects and crustacea was presented to the general public at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County's Annual Bug Fair on 20-21 May 2006 and on 19-20 May 2007. Over 10,000 arthropod devotees attended in 2007.
